The NPC Destroyer Ultimate Program (ND Ultimate Program for short) is a device that enables the user to kill, and completely remove an NPC from Second Life, permanently. While this is guaranteed to work, the one side-effect of the ND Ultimate Program is that the user's character is forever removed as well.
